7 New Logos Added to Portfolio
I’ve been really busy with several branding projects the last few months. Finally took some time to update my portfolio and share some of them with you.
Here they are:
Josephine Press
Description:
Logo for a Christian book publishing organization. Josephine means, “God Adds”. The quill pen is also a head of growing wheat. It communicates God adding/increasing through the literature.
Based off: II Cor. 9:10: “Now he who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will also supply and increase your store of seed and will enlarge the harvest of your righteousness.”
Thanks to Sean Farrell (brandclay) who had a big part in inspiring the concept.
ASL Place
Description:
Designed for ASL (American Sign Language) place, an upcoming on-line social networking and media hub that has been tailored specifically to the needs of the Deaf community by using their first and own language. ASLplace.com endeavors for equal treatment, equal access and raising awareness about Deaf people and their struggle to be heard for equal rights. I felt a hand that also abstractly created a door opening communicated their mission. Business card design can be seen here.
Buzzsprout
Description:
Designed for the Buzzsprout.com podcast hosting service. Buzzsprout is the easiest way to create and publish your own podcast.
Kodster
Description:
Customized word mark for an enterprise level tech site.
AllGym.com
Description:
Logo done for an upcoming online gym equipment and fitness information site. The crest style logo was a conscious decision. It evokes clean, energetic and store friendly feel. Abstractly, the yellow square around the logo conveys that it contains all gym products/information, etc. The connection between the words “All and Gym” also jives with the idea of the brand containing all gym products/info.
The AllGym brand style guide can be seen here. And the stationery can be seen here.
Gardeners Heaven
Description:
Designed for GardenersHeaven UK site. Associated with Alan Titchmarsh. Worked with digitalismedia.co.uk on the project.
The Loaded Diaper
Description:
An on-line gift shop for babies and and expectant mothers. This was a super fun project.
Always love hearing feedback from you all.
Cheers,
Josiah
