This month I want to feature a fantastic logo design by the Gardner Design agency.
A monogram is a design composed of one or more letters, typically the initials of a name, used as an identifying mark. This is probably one of the most used solutions for branding. It’s a way for your logo to connect who you are to what you do.
Servus Credit Union is a bank here in Alberta, Canada. They did a fantastic re-branded in 2008.
Always appreciate logos that use negative space in a creative way.

I’m a huge fan of subtle, simplicity in a logo. The Loch Ness Partnership logo is absolutely brilliant. The “loc” forms Nessie peeking out of the water. Kudos to the Navy Blue Design Group for coming with with such an incredible typographic solution!
When I first saw this logo I was so inspired. It’s such an innovative and recognizable solution. The logo is for an iPhone news application. Great job, Mr. Keller!
