Tee CRM Software Logo – Creative Process
I was recently approached to design a logo for a software company. They wanted me to design a logo for their TEE CRM Software – “Tee” means tea in German.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a term applied to processes implemented by a company to handle its contact with its customers. CRM software is used to support these processes, storing information on customers and prospective customers, etc.
With that in mind I started out the project experimenting with some tee cup ideas. I started with an abstract tee cup/half circle graph.
I also came up with some abstract version of the steam rising intertwined and also the two ‘e’ facing each other to symbolize the customer relationship:
But in the final say the client and I opted for the tee leaf option shown below.
The theory behind the colors chosen:
– Green is the color of nature. It symbolizes growth, harmony, freshness, and fertility. Green has strong emotional correspondence with safety.
– Blue is the color of the sky and sea. It is often associated with depth and stability. It symbolizes trust, loyalty, wisdom, confidence, intelligence, faith, truth, and heaven. Definitely thought that fit in with CRM.
– Orange combines the energy of red and the happiness of yellow. It is associated with joy, sunshine, and the tropics. Orange represents enthusiasm, fascination, happiness, creativity, determination, attraction, success, encouragement, and stimulation.
Constructive criticism is alway welcome.
Thanks!

@jasama: A version of Albany
Does this brand has a horizontal version? Have you tried to custom the type?
I think the final solution with the three leaves is beautiful. Excellent work.
